Food & Nutrition Club
Food & Nutrition Club aims to provide a platform for every member to develop their culinary skills. Here, foundations are taught from the very basics. The only language is that of food and the joy of sharing it. Pupils learn and practise safe kitchen habits through different cooking methods.
To date, the members have steamed, boiled, grilled and baked their way through delicious recipes. They also maintain cleanliness by cleaning up after each cooking session at the F&N Room. After each session, members get to bring home their culinary creations to share with their family and friends.
During theory sessions, they also learn about good nutrition and prepare balanced meals. Our pupils enjoy working together in their groups. The older and more experienced members help and guide the younger ones. Everyone is enthusiastic about trying new recipes so that they can replicate them at home.
